ok i aint gonna lie i am in the military and i am 6'2" weighing 230 ibs. and its not all muscle, in the military we run alot and i though that was good enough to keep my weight down. i really dont eat too many fattening foods and i try to eat 3 meals a day i dont work out anymore but i want to start again, but everything i used to do feels like its not working anymore. is there anyone out there who knows a good work out plan with no supplements, that would help me loose my fat weight. my target weight is 209 ibs. please if anyone can help just send me a PM and i will prop.
