I ain't been in this section in a while. Anyway Im 5'9 165 Ive been doing mostly cardio, MMA and bodyweight exercises. When I use to post here a lot I was around 185-190 and just tryin to get more ripped. But since I started getting into MMA I lost a lot of weight with conditioning and sh*t like that. When I have my first f!ght Im gonna be down to 155. But with losing all that weight I still only lost a few pounds on most of my lifts and still gained on my squats. Im gonna be the strongest person at 155 yall ever seen just watch.
