I feel like it's gonna be a min for what I'm looking for.

I really want something that I can renovate and then rent out but those kinds of properties seem to be the least available rn with nobody building.

funny sh*t. I sold to open door and they marked up the price 50k from what they bought it to me from, but the price has dropped 5k less then what they gave me now. it's dropped 55k in less then 2 months.
