Izzy is one of my favorite f*ghters but admittedly it’s because he’s Black in the UFC, but he gets way, waaaaay too timid and this rings especially true when he knows he has a competitive advantage over his opponents: The majority of his Bouts have been with opponents who he’d lapse athletically multiple times over - Against Pereira he finally is going to have his resolve tested, his spirit tested.
