Court Documents In Johnny Depp Case Reveal Alleged Pirates Of The Caribbean Incident

"The battle of the dueling defamation lawsuits between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp came to an end back in June with a verdict, but that has not been the end of the story by a longshot. The verdict, in favor of Depp, has been appealed, and now we’re getting more information about the things we didn’t hear at trial, including accusations of bad behavior by Depp on the set of the fifth Pirates of the Caribbean movie.

Pre-trial documents have been unsealed that reveal several things that the judge decided not to admit as evidence during the trial. One of them went to the heart of Depp’s defamation claim. According to the documents (via Vanity Fair), there were a pair of incidents, one on TV and another during the production of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, where Depp showed up looking “drunk and stoned.” According to Heard’s legal team…

Mr. Depp appeared on TV drunk and stoned, to the point that Disney studio executives called [his former agent Tracey] Jacobs asking ‘What the hell was wrong with your client.’ These same issues appeared during the filming of Pirates 5 and Disney told Ms. Jacobs the conduct was not ‘going to be tolerated,’ Disney was ‘not going to put up with this’ and that ‘there was no love between Johnny and Disney, given the Pirates [F]ive situation.

Johnny Depp’s defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard was based on the claim that the Washington Post op-ed she wrote, where she claimed to be a survivor of domestic abuse, cost the actor millions because he lost his role in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise due to it. A Disney executive stated during the trial that the op-ed was not the reason the franchise moved on without Depp, but this information, if true, gives another potential reason why Disney would make that call.

Because Johnny Depp’s role in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise was at the core of his lawsuit, the movies were brought up several times over the course of the trial. While a Disney exec may have said the op-ed did not influence its decision to move on from Captain Jack Sparrow, it was stated elsewhere in the trial that Depp had a verbal agreement to return for a sixth film at one point.

There was also a great deal of mileage that came from a deposition that Depp made at one point claiming he wanted “a million alpacas” as part of his compensation for future films. Whether or not anybody actually entertained providing the alpacas to the actor was a question that was asked in court that of course got a lot of attention.

Whether or not this information could have changed the jury’s mind we’ll never really know. Both sides are now appealing the verdict, and so this case isn’t quite over yet."

This was brought up in trial by his Former Agent so this ain't breaking news. Lets say all of this is true....did anyone watch the trial? This chic contradicted herself so many damn times and blatantly lied. She even slipped up at the end of the trial and admitted the OPED was about Johnny and tried to clean it up. Thats what the whole thing was about DEFAMATION not just the Pirates role. It's like people saw the tik tok stuff and just went with it. Nah it's way more stuff that happened during the trial. Her witnesses were pathetic as well. Like completely batsh*t. She tried to say that he defamed her. Hamada (Warner Bros) flat out said she had chemistry problems on Aqua Man, and WB kicked Johnny off Fantastic Beasts over that Oped so he def didn't have a dog in that f*ght and it wasn't bias. Faked photos and all that. Cause yo, had he lost this trial there would be no remorse for him nor excuse. He would be getting filet'd right now. Long story short all the lies caught up to her all at once and she paying the piper. That's all that is.

A lot of sh*t has come out after the trial that shows both of them are pieces of sh*t that nobody show be defending. Those texts between Deep and Marilyn Manson are creepy as fu*k and at the very the least show they are both racist with the mentality of 15 year olds.

I mean he was honest about his substance abuse and didn’t hide it. He’s been trying to hide the pain by numbing himself. Said so in court. Doesn’t make it right but… this has been known. Amber is still a cheating lying bi*ch.

I googled the text thing; where was the racist stuff.

What I saw was that Manson and Depp talked to each other about their exes.

Yeah. What's funny is a few Depp fans pushed to get the stuff that wasn't allowed in court released. It all made Depp look bad and Heard look better.

Both of them are probably never going to be in any major Hollywood productions again.

Save for Heard's Aquaman 2 appearance and there are conflicting reports on her role in that depending which version of the movie was shown to the test audiences.

Cancel them both. I don't give a fu*k and the people picking sides trying to push an agenda. Woman bad. Man bad. Grow the fu*k up.

They called the guy from Smashing Pumpkins a "zipperhead." Which is an old timey racist slur for Asians.

Pretty sure not nice things would have been said about other races if they were the subject of their conversation released.

If all you saw was them talking about their exes, you haven't seen all the texts. They talk about having an apartment they share together as a fu*k pad. Not really strange. Manson offers to send one of his groupies over there for Depp. Lotta talk about s*xual encounters and Marquis De Sade and some other sh*t. If you don't know the references they are talking about it can seem normal.

If Johnny Depp and Marilyn Manson haven't sucked each other's d*ck you could not tell from them texts. They were all about the bro love. They should go on and marry each other.

At the very least it was all cringey sh*t. If you took your homeboy's phone and saw them texts on there you would be looking at them different.

This is the conversation where Manson calls James Iha a "zipperhead."

There's a whole subreddit called "DeppDelusion" if you want more info. Not seeing much on there that is not true. Be wary since it is a pro Amber Heard forum and doesn't allow any posting disparaging her.

Lately they been more "at war" with people that support Depp. So, the little usefulness the sub was created for will start to fade.
