Drop a Gem on 'em was released August 25, 1996. Pac was alive when that came out.

You quoted a line from Pac talkin bout n*ggas talkin sh*t after when he is gone... But thats not the case wit this diss song. It came out while he was still here. Thats the point!

Bx y'all always talking about karma and the energy you put out right? Wouldn't that apply to prodigy or is that not cool to say because that's a rapper y'all like?

Stop it. Mobb were as shook as everyone else.

People taking pride in rappers performing diss songs years after someone's death when they couldn't say sh*t while he was alive is weird.

They dropped a subliminal to the most direct diss song ever. You know they were shook as fu*k. Again, they never said sh*t to Pac while he was alive, a subliminal diss isn't that at all.

Talking about 'pull ya skirt down' while you're celebrating mobb deep performing a sub years after Pac died. If that's a win in your world, I don't know what to tell you.

This is what these type of threads are really about. Still trying to save face after all these years.

Prodigy never really put that type of energy out there, it was always someone starting an issue with him

I mean the power of the tongue... I'm of the belief that if you have an enemy and that person dies then whatever beef y'all got should die too. Besmirching the name of the dead is a universal violation in my eyes. Prodigy continuing to perform a song where he speaks ill of the dead is no different than when y'all criticize the young boys for dissing their dead opps in music.
