for those who dont know, the show is an adaptation of The Sandman comic book, written by Neil Gaiman and published by DC, which is widely considered one of the best comic books of all time. Neil Gaiman is also pretty heavily involved in the making of the TV series, so im having high hopes that this turned out to be great.

The creators of these stories should be consultants and EPs way more often than usual. sh*t don't add up that it rarely happen.
Only watched the 1st episode, but that was quick af. Doctor Destiny's birth was placed in there tastefully too. |

Additionally, "American Gods" and "Coraline" did not seem like BBC productions either. "Good Omens," which I hated, did not seem like a BBC production, but it was clear that they hoped that Terry Gilliam had directed it and tried to emulate his style. Might have been dope if he did direct it. | |

Harry Potter started with non English directors, but had an ounce of the "British" look. Yates took over and he made it a BBC production with a higher budget. | |
