for those who dont know, the show is an adaptation of The Sandman comic book, written by Neil Gaiman and published by DC, which is widely considered one of the best comic books of all time. Neil Gaiman is also pretty heavily involved in the making of the TV series, so im having high hopes that this turned out to be great.

the events in episodes 5 and 6 were just as good as in the comics. its pretty great so far.

Neil is amazing. So just based off him I'll be checking this out.

So this is about the comic book character. At first I was wondering if it was about the fable character that puts sand in your eyes to make you go to sleep lol. Not really a fan of Netflix originals but it looks interesting. May peep it.

First 2 eps are fire. Yea this one gonna be sumn special.

Netflix consistently releases heat. They held to a higher standard tbh.

The creators of these stories should be consultants and EPs way more often than usual. sh*t don't add up that it rarely happen.

Only watched the 1st episode, but that was quick af. Doctor Destiny's birth was placed in there tastefully too.

Thank you. However, I am fully aware of that and have many of Gaiman's books. JK Rowling is also English but the Harry Potter series, which was also produced by Warner Bros., did not echo a BBC production as this does.

Additionally, "American Gods" and "Coraline" did not seem like BBC productions either. "Good Omens," which I hated, did not seem like a BBC production, but it was clear that they hoped that Terry Gilliam had directed it and tried to emulate his style. Might have been dope if he did direct it.

3 out of the 6 directors are British. If i'm not mistaken, I believe you are referring to the look, direction, etc.

Harry Potter started with non English directors, but had an ounce of the "British" look. Yates took over and he made it a BBC production with a higher budget.

What do you mean by "BBC production"? Good Omens def felt very English to me. Super English in fact.
