Post your July routine
 

 
Incline Bench 205x20, flat bench 205x20 incline db x 20, then add 20 lbs and subtract 5 reps until I'm on 10 reps, so my last set is, 245x10 on incline n flat n 20 on dB bench
2) curl bar curl x15, hammer curl x 15, I had to take the reverse curl out, felt like I was fxna tear smthn
3) db shoulder press, x 12, side raises x 12, bent over side raises x 12 3 sets
4) Crunches 4×25, leg press 4x 25 3 sets
5) tricep extensions with a curl bar 3x25, tricep pulldowns 3x25, overhead tricep extensions using cables 3x25 3 sets
6) Row machine 6x15 wide, 6x15 close grip
And for cardio I do 8 half gassers, the goal is 10 but them hoes ain't no joke

It's a half gasser, it's a sprint from sideline to sideline, 106 yards, stopping on that sideline and shuffling your feet and turning back around and exploding back into a sprint a k*ller. A full gasser is sideline to sideline twice, 212 yards, I tried to do a full one but my legs and brain wouldn't let me turn back around, I ain't ran a full one since my football days

I'm trying to ride longer distances on my bike, my goal at the beginning of the year was to hit 1,000 miles by the end. I think i'm about 740 miles so far this year, and commuting home from work has helped with the mileage. Realistically, i want to hit 200 miles this month alone but that's only if it doesn't rain that often.

I want to try and incorporate some weightlifting in between as well, but i hate going to the gym and being around dumbass people.

Because fu*k that sh*t, but frfr I fu*ked around n bounced up with that sh*t instead of just controlling it on the way up n tweaked a muscle in my back, ima get back on it in in a few weeks tho

Mountain bike (7-12 mi) 1x week

Would like to incorporate 1 day of actual weight training but just haven’t been able to figure out how to fit it in while working 40 hours week + kids.

I got this daily routine where I train my biceps by lifting a beer till i can't feel it's weight no more. I do 6 sets in about 2hours.

BJJ for two hours tonight. Mostly just slow training with 20 minutes sparring at the end. I’d love to get back into the gym the other nights I’m not training, but work has me so tired I don’t feel like it. I’ll man up sooner than later; it’s driving me to drink.
