This verse though, I agree that it didn't fit the track...wasn't too rappity rap...just Nas should've realized what the main artist was talking about and tailor it better. I don't know the story of the song but sounds like nas was just given the beat or if he heard lil jon's verse, he didn't do a good job of tailoring like i said...

His verse didn't fit the song but not because it was too rappity rap. Rappity rap is an artist going on about how nice he is, battling imaginary/general foes on the mic, or the vocabulary seeming tryhard-ish without having a purpose for the song.

He was just all over the place with the verse having no cohesiveness...it's a track with a bunch of heads, so there's no central topic and it's more forgivable than doing that type of sh*t on ur own album (where u usually have a purpose for making the song fit the album)...but it's still a forgettable verse because he should've known that a lil jon track ain't where u talk about some of the sh*ts he was spitting...
