Mad old. This was around the same time Dream Hampton (Jay Z stan) and Frank (a friend of Dream’s and apparently Jay Electronica) said stic and Jay Electronica wrote for Nas. Why? Someone asked why hasn’t Jay made an album like Untitled. Dream’s response was pretty much: stic and Jay Electronica wrote Untitled. Which Frank backed.

Frank said he heard reference tapes. Reference tapes does mean your sh*t was ghostwritten. Could it have been? Yeah but again, it does not mean it was. Even better, Frank said he had those reference tapes and that he would post them Did he? Nah. I even asked him twice about it and he said he would but nada. It’s 2022 and still nothing

Nas is my fav rapper but let’s be real he’s not technically top tier rap skill wise. It’s his flow that is dope as fu*k and makes him an easy listen.
