Actually this reversal will make this worse, since Roe vs Wade something like 50% of black babies have been aborted. There was a reason why planned parent hood was created and the idea was sold to the Klan by the founder. There's a reason the black population has been stagnant for 50 years as others grew. There's a reason why abortion centers are mostly located in low income black communities and not in trailer parks.
