Would provide tax relief and also a chance to develop someone that Brad and Ime like I suppose

He doesn’t play. I get what you saying but y’all have to make a decision on his option at some point, we’ll find out if yall think he has a future in Boston or not. This might be the best chance to grab a player that Udoka is high on and thinks could play a role. Someone like Yannick Nzosa, 18 year old African C who was projected to go Top 5 this year but is such an athletic project stashing him in the G League while splitting time in Boston with the big league could create a future impact player.

I see what you saying but I think for where the Celtics are and where Neismith is in his development, Cs are better off continuing to develops Neismith and finding more playing time for him as opposed to picking up more project guys for their summer league team. I mean we saw small glimpses during this post season, A.N. is long, athletic, can stay in front of his man and recover to make blocks at the rim. The issue is his shooting. If he improves even like 10% from last year in his overall game he can make an immediate impact while taking up less cap space than signing a replacement 3&D shooter in this market.

I’m only curious in what the Celtics do with that $17 million trade exception from last season
