My coworker was renting beds in a big house he was renting (pre covid). Like 150 a night. The hustle was good until this one client came in, claimed a room for herself and changed the lock on "her" door. It took them 4 months to legally move her out.

You’d be surprised how easily people/realtors give out lockbox codes to vacant houses
