Different directors plus everything has already been written and published for the prequel. I'm gonna finish reading the books during my leave from work in August

Watched the GoT series again recently. There was a point in the where the Dothraki were on the move somewhere. Tearing up sh*t. One of the statues they pulled down was a statue of sm1 with black skin and some type of head dress or helmet. He was missing his NOSE as if it were blown or chiseled off. I’m actually surprised I saw it in there. Missing his nose just like many Egyptian statues, busts, artifacts etc

How many seasons of the Mad King?

Could never get into this show and I tried because of everyone saying how amazing it was...

Game of Thrones ended so horribly that I don't think I could ever bring myself to waste my time watching anything a*sociated with it ever again

It started slowly. Ended horribly.

But seasons 2-6 was top notch entertainment

Last 2 seasons of GOT weren't necessarily bad imo but compared to the previous seasons they were lacking most def and some of the decisions made by the writers were questionable... But I've seen worse t.v that gets more praise.

With that said I'm looking forward to this prequel series
