Yeah.
You have to finish the shed. Drywall, electric, insulation, plumbing, foundation, hvac, and who knows what hoops your local government is going to make you jump through in order to put it on a piece of land (permits, type of foundation, etc.). A single wide trailer might be a better option since people will give them to you free if you haul them off their land (Moving a trailer will cost thousands of dollars), they're already wired for electrical, have plumbing, hvac, and in a lot of places you can place them on concrete (like cinderblocks) footers with no issue.
