I agree, everybody had their own style…NY culture back then set trends the rest of the world followed. Especially back in the 80s…a lot of our influences and style came from the East coast. It trickled down and the South took those ideas and incorporated our own style from the East and West influences. Some times from the Midwest too. NY just gotta get their identity back but it might be lost and a we witnessing a new wave of NY dudes
