It's obvious to me that console manufacturers and TV makers work hand and hand to push their products,

Tvs sell consoles, consoles sell tvs

If Microsoft and Sony feel they can run them pockets twice I don't doubt they will

I thought this was gonna be the last real generation of consoles and every generation after this will just be "upgrades".

Hence the name "Xbox series __" it's the same console just different hardware in each series / version of it.

This allows them to release consoles with better hardware sooner to stay competitive with games that are continuously pushing the hardware to it's limits.

That's how I saw it tho so I might be wrong lol

especially if they add more memory.. the added memory is a big selling point for me


also since i would probably be catching up on the library.. the chances of me paying $70 for a game are lower

And you know damn well they most likely already had the means to drop a Pro version during the initial release so people that wanted it could jus cop it right off bat, but they wanted 2 sales. It’s technically smart from a business perspective, but damn, it’s predatory as fu*k too.

my series X power supply gave out, getting it looked at... might actually be done by now...
had to revert back to my x1 in the mean time...

that cloud gaming on GP comes in clutch on the x1, no downloads but all the same games

Stop living in gaming poverty and buy an external HDD. Something reputable like Western Digital, the 4TB version. You’ll never worry about space again, and it can be used on the 4/5 and your PC (warning, has to be formatted again).
