First of all, if Curry deserved that Final's MVP, he would've gotten it. The league is inclined towards giving it to giving it to the best player on the team that wins. So, for them to give it to Iggy, his impact had to be tremendous, which it was.

Curry had a team that hid his defensive weaknesses well.

I'm not putting him over anybody who was a legit All-NBA player on both sides of the ball for multiple seasons. Anybody after that ... it's up for debate, I guess.

Look at all the young talent around the league. Luka probably the closest in terms of play and carrying compared to what Bron was doing. Bron was 22 facing a veteran and great pistons team that went to six straight ECF and pulled a Jordan type performance in game 5.

He went to the finals wit Big Z Drew Gooden Pavlovic and Hughes in his starting line up I think. And faced 3 future hall of famers (Tim made it ginobli next Parker should too) one of the best perimeter defenders of all time (Bruce Bowen) wit arguably the greatest coach ever.
