Kendrick Lamar's Album BRICKS!? Comes In Under Projections At 286k 1st Week, Is It A FLOP?
Drake fans are clowning him on twitter right now. It's no wonder Interscope had Eminem tweet that random promo tweet after the 1st day. They were trying to boost Kendrick's streams.

In argumentation theory, an argumentum ad populum (Latin for "appeal to the people")[1][a] is a fallacious argument which is based on claiming a truth or affirming something is good because the majority thinks so literally illogical to think that one album is better than another one just based on sales numbers |

I don‘t think Cole ever really took advantage of the bundle era like that. I could be wrong tho

with no marketing, promo from his label and no bots, server farms, purchased streams?
its doing amazing numbers. i wish this trend would stop though. u can manufacture a hit single. u can buy streams. u can buy youtube views. so why are fans chasing these numbers? if u aren't in the industry or an aspiring a&r or something, this sh*t should be irrelevant. ![]() ![]() A record label ain't gonna promote an artist that is leaving. They're already in the green on Kendrick, why would they boost his stock before he leaves the door ![]()

After a 5 year hiatus, these are bad numbers.
Especially when people compare his level of popularity to Drake and Drake moves 600K like it’s light work in a first week ![]() Kendrick would’ve been better off dropping after the Drake and Kanye drops. Because his album is better. Just a shame his numbers are poor |

what you expect a commercial on tv like its 2003? this album had plenty of promo when you don't drop enough music, fans move on, a lot of people who listened to kendrick obviously moved on
