Nah that’s definitely not it. They’ve been promoting it over a month. Even announced sales predictions a month ago trying to drum up hype. Only time an album has had sales predictions before it was even on pre-order. Then they put out those fake predictions earlier this week trying to make it look like the album was doing better than it really was.

with no marketing, promo from his label and no bots, server farms, purchased streams?

its doing amazing numbers. i wish this trend would stop though. u can manufacture a hit single. u can buy streams. u can buy youtube views. so why are fans chasing these numbers? if u aren't in the industry or an aspiring a&r or something, this sh*t should be irrelevant.
