I almost thought this was crazy til I Googled and seen an article saying they had to stop an Oregon incinerator from accepting box waste containing fetal tissue in 2014.

I found it even crazier that stem cells can only be extracted from live specimens which should've been kinda of obvious, but I never really thought about the process.

No. Those are AEL lights and are cheap. I work in streetlighting and those are just bad LED chip sets they used.
