I'm heading overseas for a few weeks soon and I'll be staying in an AirBnB. Its an apartment that's being rented out to me

The owner says she gonna be out of town while I'm there. But I fully expect for there to be a ring doorbell or a teddybear cam watching me while I'm there. I would do the same if I had the kind of AirBnb where you let people stay while you're gone. That's common sense

But this dude wild for letting some rando without a history of legit feedback and renter reviews over the span of YEARS stay at his place with all his sh*t.

Even as a black man, I always expect there to be an issue when I'm trying to book, but because my AirBnb history goes back to 2014, I never had less than 5 stars as a guest, and you can easily google my government before you agree to booking me I never had an issue.

You wouldn't do big business with eBay account with no feedback, and that just opened recently, so why would you let that same kind of person in your house?

Stayed at an air bnb in las vegas a couple years back. Pretty confident the mirror in the bathroom was one-way with a camera behind it. Did the finger test.

That's why you have to be close to your property, or have a contract in place for someone professional to look after it for you....

you crazy. with all the bullsh*t available on app and tv, the rental is for sure worth the watch. sh*t was a fun lil flick to watch with hoes to get em all spooked/creeped out.

also a lot of air b&b will put cams on the outside and monitor how many guests you have which a lot of times they set a limit on.

Actually real talk, I'm not surprised a lot of spots like hotels, Air BNB, etc isn't bug with video or a sound device.

My air bnb in Florida had a ring doorbell. And wasn’t shy about kicking u out if u blocked it… i can dig it
