Dope place to visit but the service their is sh*ttty compared to Latin America countries. So that said. I’d rather buy property somewhere else because the tourist area has sh*tty service (and I tip very well) as expected…The regular areas were just as bad.. chill people though… good people.. just not good service while expecting $$ for nothing.

My parents are about to. But I grew up there they were missionaries and we still have the property. Hell yea, it’s better than the state of things here.

He said to live there...where u can just pay the money to have consistent wifi...certain places way up in the hills or the country area is a no go, but there's plenty of retirement/gated communities with amenities that are in Jamaica now. They're also building a new airport near the north east, closer to ochos Rios which would eliminate the need for people to go through montego Bay... Me and my sister were just talking about buying a house there too and airbnb-ing it out for the most part, given the new traffic that's gonna be passing through spots like runaway Bay...

I liked Jamaica, but IDK about living there if I had the bread to pop off and disappear. Plus I feel like I'd get island fever after a while.
