So this show got off track the last 2 seasons

Hopefully they can turn it around. Looks like homie lost his girl to that business partner after she wanted an open marriage.

Douda left hopefully he comes back to end of season 6

The show could've been really good but had too many agendas to prove mixed with losing the main characters after season 2. The whole season about the girl being kidnapped was dragging.

i read it would be back by middle of the year so hopefully next month or maybe july. that show was underrated af, i liked it a lot.

Show got horrible especially after Jason Mitchell was fired and they k*lled Ronnie off. Having the tranny that Jake brother was dating was not needed especially since they k*lled his original brother off due to him not wanting to have on screen relations with that tranny. Show just got all over the place and lost appeal to me

People talk so bad about this show but im from the hood and this is how sh*t really be. Crooked cops and mayors, murder, mfs parents have a disease, baby mama drama, tryna start a business, n*ggas moms be studs etc. I can't say this show is bad, y'all want everything to be action all the way through. Y'all the same mfs that say ozarks is great when its really mediocre compared to the chi *imo*

p.s. the ozarks have more action but its too predictable just like every other show about the criminal underworld. the chi at least require a little critical thinking to be a drama

Loved seasons 1 and 2. Season 2 really got deep into the evil dealings that take place behind gentrification. How gang violence is purposefully integrated into neighborhoods to to diminish the property values. sh*t went off the tracks after that.

I gave up on this show after Season 3, after the first two seasons were goated it fell off big time…. Once Jason Mitchell got the boot should’ve known it was gonna go downhill quick since most of the show was from his point of view, they tried switching the focus to the youngins but they’re not ready to carry a show… Was season 4 good? Is it worth watching and continuing? Somebody let me know something…

first episode of the season wasn't bad. I'm not sure if I'm going to like where they take Papa's character arc though
