i didn't really get the meaning of what he was saying

but now i feel like he was basically saying

"f** that" as in like .. let's say someone says "you're only supposed to take two vicodin"

and you say "well give me 4 then, f** it"

i initially didn't get why he kept saying f** that

but overall with the song i guess he's saying 80s babies r self medicating and have some mental issues (adhd)

the fu*k that sh*t was just some catchy sh*t. But yeah the song is about 80s babies being heavy into substances.
