Who was the better/more dangerous Crime Boss?


I would say The Penguin. His come up to power, He had the Underworld of crime on lock, put that 50 million dollar bounty on Bruce, owned that Iceburg lounge, built a Casino…. the mass murders. Dude bought out all the estates in Gotham, and forced him to go to war with Black Mask


I think he was the true Gangster of the comic book world… only problem is…. n*gga was helping Batman get folks locked up in order to escape charges himself smh using his lounge as a lookout. Damn

And plus, Penguin and kingpin are huge names and known in the comic book world as 2 of the biggest gangsters. I just enjoy the darkness of The Penguin. Very underground with it and mafia like.

But yea I can see why folks would say Kingpin. Penguins crime syndicate was just more intriguing. murder, drugs, gun sales, owning a club/casino, the heists, opened a restaurant just to get locked up to team up with a forger on the inside, owned a bird shop that had bombs strapped to the cages

Kingpin. I’m a Batman fan and Penguin is a pretty boring villain to be honest. Hints why Burton took major liberties with the character in Batman Returns. Comparing Kingpin to Penguin actually laughable, they are not even close.

They're more alike than you think until it comes ncomes to physicality. Kingpin is as strong as you can be without having superhuman strength. Penguins trick umbrellas are all he really has going for him if the two were going to scrap

There was a while where all penguin did was run his club and talk to the police as an informant.
