FWIW, Former Ravens DC Don “Wink” Martindale was with McDaniels in Denver and was also with the Raiders from 2004-2008.

Problem with some of the coordinators coming from NE is that they been there forever sometimes. They don't branch out and grow or get connections to build a team from elsewhere.
