Banana
2 celery sticks apple with skin handful of spinach or kale blueberries cucumber with skin 2oz of water This was my base drink that would give me enough for 3 days worth of morning drinks. Then I would add 2oz of water or coconut water to liquify it some more and for flavor a kiwi (with skin), or grapes, or strawberries as I needed. Avocado every now and then, but that made it too thick at times. I never removed any of the skins, except the banana. Drank that daily consistently 5x a week for close to a full year. Lowered my bad cholesterol and sugar levels dramatically for the most part, as well as other identifiable health benefits based on my blood tests during this period. Need to get back on my drinks. Turmeric and garlic are great additions as well. Good video, but he lost me with the lemonade. Too much sugar in that lemonade IMO. Good post though. ![]() |

Been on a juice fast last 12 days I had
Fried oyster mushrooms and zucchini with peppers on Sunday and salmon on Saturday. I'm slimming down clearer thoughts I really feel great. 3 scotch bonnet peppers 1 green, red and yellow bell pepper 1 ginger 1 garlic Half a purple cabbage Half a large beet 3 carrots 2 green Apples Kale Spinach I ate one meal a day before so this is a Progression. Dinner was what I looked forward to so the first few days were boring. The 4th day was edgy. Last few days have been cool. Had some trail mix here and there. I have alot of natural energy and lost a lot of weight. ![]() |

1. reduce your caloric intake everyday. 2. Cut carbs, drink water 8-10 glasses per day, 3. juice, cut out sugars. Fruits and veggie give you enough sucrose. 4. Go on walks in the summer/fall everyday. Just walk 5. Exercise, low weights high reps. Good luck | |

I just do a simple shake for breakfasst and before bed...i def could be putting more goodness in but if it becomes too big of a production i wont do it everyday.keep it simple..get some greens, some protein, some fats
Breakfast Kale, Oats, Protein Powder, Penaut Butter, Bannana, Almond Milk, water Before Bed Kale, Greek Yogurt, Casien Protein Powder, Penaut Butter, Bannana, Almond Milk, water sometimes frozen berries and avacado as well...and spinach can replace Kale depending on what the grocery store has fresh Last edited by mac58; 01-27-2022 at 09:05 PM.. |

The short answer is tread lightly on the fruit as the calories can add up, and use a low calorie liquid if needed like almond milk | |
