Arguably the most diverse and mutable Rapper of all time. X could do trap sh!t, trill, screamo, boombap, spoken word, rock and roll, indy, club joints... he had a full on Jazz record that he wanted to drop. X's talent was fvcking limitless!

Unfortunately, recklessness and fame messed with his head, and he wasted his energy beefing and didn't have the foresight to move with security after be blew up.

Agreed 100%..Great artist just seemed like BS followed him wherever he went but definitely was able to go in any genre which you do not see at all these days

But, overall you can tell he wasn't musically talented. He kinda reminds me of Soulja boy. Someone who can make pretty good music with no musical background whatsoever.

I listen to him all the time. And here is what I gather. He did leave an impact in the musical world. He created his own wave. But, his singing is fu*king terrible. It's god-awful. And he isn't that lyrical either. I only compared him to Soulja boy because that is someone with no musical background but he seems to know how to make good songs here and there. That is What X is to me. He can't play any instruments and his songwriting is mediocre. X is just a natural-born star he is very charismatic and that is something you can't teach. I don't believe if his albums were made by anyone else you were be praising it the way you are.
