I mean how many times have we heard this same sh*t just for the player to get traded or sign with another team? It’s also possible it is bullsh*t. I just don’t think it is with everything known about harden. People talking bout they can’t see him turning down 56 a year when he already made over 250 mill. Not to mention he can still make that up and then some signing a short term then a max or super max after that.

All I know is his agents and managers are loving the scenario. It’ll be a bidding war one way or another.

He already gave up money to go to the nets. I think he wants to leave. At some point how much is enough money? Harden probably top 5 ever in terms of salary earnings.

This doesn't contradict the BR report at all. That said Harden was unhappy about some things and would seriously explore free agency. Most likely via sign and trade in the off-season.

Other reporters then SPECULATED that the Nets MIGHT consider moving him at the trade deadline but even most of them agreed that even if Harden DID want to leave the Nets would rather do it in the summer rather than strengthening a conference playoff opponent during the season

Bidding war as in whoever wants to trade for him or whoever he chooses to sign with. Its going to be a bidding war because whatever team he goes to will more then likely be his last stop as a superstar. So what the team offers and location will be big selling points for him.
