Only thing I can think of. Wood is not shy about letting it fly from 3, which appeals to Spo, whose biggest concern about playing a Bam/Yurt frontline is spacing. I like the Dedmon/Yurt platoon plus both buy into the culture.

Unrelated to Wood- we still need a bucket getter. Playoff defense on the final minutes when effort and focus is at max and they’re switching everything. We still need a guy you can flatten it out and iso and get you a bucket. Butler and Bam can do it- but it’s still question marks.

Christian Wood is far from a “real big”. He more like a melanated Ryan Anderson lol

And, more than likely, that’s what we’d be expecting of him. A big that can let it fly from 3. We have 3 bigs that’s don’t shoot 3s which is surprisingly a rarity in todays game.

The Heat are the best team in the league at using our system to prop up role players. Yurt is good but he’s not THAT good. He’s not better than Dedmon and he’s definitely not better than bam.
