Hoping this is a banger. Huge, huge Krit fan but Krit Iz Here was the worse music he's released thus far. The sampling hurdles have hurt Krit and he just doesnt have the freedom to do what he wants to do production wise, which I understand. My biggest issue with Krit as of late is the actual rapping. Lyrically he not spitting at the same level he was on those earlier projects.

and why he's loved.

Sometimes Im on my street sh*t, loud sh*t, and sometimes I'm on my soulful
introspective sh*t. Its a balance to life.
You n*ggas wanting only 1 over the other do NOT truly appreciate HipHop music
and are lames at heart tbh.

His last album "Krit Iz Here" was his worst mainly because he only produced
1 damn song. I honestly never wanna hear KRIT over anyone else's beats.
Because he's proved he can do it all, and sounds most at home on his own sh*t

Aye, I can't argue taste but I personally wasnt a fan and I know a lot of people who felt the same way. And the bars aren't resonating as much for me but I'm glad you fu*kin wit it.

Bruh, this was me, until I gave it a spin a few months after it came out. Definitely not his usual, but the album is BIG KRIT. Not my favorite but I'll be damned if it ain't a great album. KRIT ain't missed IMO.
