This week I filed HB3129, which codifies that a father’s financial responsibility to his baby & their mom begins at conception.

If Oklahoma is going to restrict a woman’s right to choose, we sure better make sure the man involved can’t just walk away from his responsibility.

my 'someone' is more so from the perspective that someone will take care of the child regardless that being the state or the parents, someone is gonna do it.

I don’t see what this has to do with race. It’s just about dads taking care of what they create.

Make paternity test a law and bring out some male birth control that won't break or make u unfertile forever and this works

I'm guessing that the child support will be retroactive after Paternity is determined but in reality, this is more fuel for the run off crew.

Unless they got something in that bill about a budget to hire Private Investigators to collect DNA from run off gang, this bill only lays financial burden on responsible fathers.

You can establish paternity before the child is born. I imagine this law will only be applied in cases where that has been done definitively but idk

If that is the case and this law only applies after paternity has been established via testing... I have no issue with it. Men are burdened with looking after their seed and being careful where they spread it though I know BX members that post in Thotties probably HEATED rn
