Lol I was head down there for a new job recently but got a remote job instead. Looked at renting a midtown atl loft for like $1800 and ppl on the atl reddit were crying over paying $1200 for a 1bd.
All those $50k millionaires gotta worried Atl gonna turn into a bike lane cause northerners ![]() |

Yes, the rent and just living in general went up because everybody is moving down here. And the there isn't enough housing to keep up with the demand of people. So, all of the management companies raised the prices.
A one point back in 2019 so many people were moving down here, on the news they stated. 1,200 people were moving to Atlanta every week. I bought my place back in 2009 for $140 k, now all the houses around me are going for the upper $270k+ Last edited by stay alert; 01-23-2022 at 09:07 PM.. |
