i'm not suprised at all, with discipline and the right mindset almost anything is possible. within the laws of physics of course!! you can't expect to jump of a bridge and fly just by flapping your arms lol

Because this is dope, especially with her being a female, that someone could be fit like that.

However, I did just now come across some Google search results of how heavy lifting like that could lead to cardiovascular issues.

As a heavy lifter myself, the stresses you put your body through heavy lifting do not contribute positively to overall health. If you wanna look good and feel good heavy lifting is great, but you need to be careful because once you get addicted to the lifestyle you're literally just putting yourself through insanely stressful hard as fu#k work outs constantly lol

there's really no difference on the organs when you're a fat a$s vs a bodybuilder who is really heavy, they are both destroying their organs in very similar speeds. The bodybuilder just looks and feels better on the way lol

You should and can still lift heavy, but maxing out and trying to become the absolute strongest that is genetically possible for you will take more time off your life than its worth unless you NEED that type of commitment to get yourself in shape. You see alot of ultra fat people replace their eating obsession with a gym obsession because their weight helps them move more lbs efficiently so they feel like they are "good at lifting"

These 2 don’t correlate. U can be skinny as hell but strong as fu#k. Same way u can be big as hell but weak as fu#k.

Muscle doesn’t mean strength. That’s why specific training can be for either

1. Endurance
2. Muscle growth
3. Strength

Just like u got some fast people, who can sprint, but can’t run for distance and couldn’t finish a bridge run, compared to someone who SOLELY trains for endurance and distance.

Heavy weightlifting becomes damaging when u do it too often consecutively… that’s why it’s good to have light days, and heavy days.

Ok my light days, I just raise my volume/reps. On the heavy days, I obviously lower them.

That’s the only way I’m aware of to take the strain off ur heart. It’s like drinking. One or 2 won’t hurt u…. It’s when ur drinking constantly every day

And then of course u have to take into consideration if u already have health issues. Some weight training isnt suggested for people with underlying problems.
