OG xbox was special, a friend from high school (rip greg) did credit card scams and got me it for 200 dollars off

also i got the executor3 modchip that allowed me to download pirated gamesand movies. I still remember the first movie i downloaded friday after next, had my entire family contributing to piracy with popcorn

Looking back i honestly think it might be the goat system. It literally gave us most of what consoles have turned into today. Once your sh*t was modded and you could download apps, different dashboards...that sh*t was on another level

No cap, a modded OG Xbox was amazing. I only had mine softmodded too. n*ggas that had the chip and a bigger hard drive was eating for real

Had both...sh*t was crazy...had customized dashboard (that still does sh*t new systems cant), emulators and roms for every system, free online, burned games, hard drive, fastest system to date and most graphic at the time.


That was a dope a*s era....ps2 was fire and had gta, metal gear ect...and Xbox brought all the sh*t I mentioned. Never ending dope sh*t on both sides and last time I actually used both systems semi-equally (still played sports games on ps2 cause I didn't like thier controller), played dope ps exclusives on ps2 and then all other multiplaslts and exclusives on Xbox (loaded faster and more graphics)

Truly was a great era, Gamecube was poppin too. That’s why it’s hard for me to appreciate the generations after, those times set the bar so high.

Never really fu*ked with GameCube...controller just looked too whack for me. Ive owned almost all systems but thats one I skipped..my boy did have one though and it seemed to have a few dope games

Pretty much what it was, those dc controllers were awkward af to hold, had the ergonomics of a piece of stone.
