![]() ![]() Kanye West brought a huge shock to the sneaker community on Friday. The 44-year-old rapper posted to his Instagram a picture of the Micheal Jordan logo and a screenshot of a comment Marcus Jordan, Michael Jordan's son, made to Ye and DJ Khaled. 'Let's make THAT convo happen,' the second oldest son of retired Hall of Fame basketball player Michael Jordan said. ![]() |

Depends. Is it allowed in Kanye's contract with Adidas?
Read this article. Cliff Notes: Kanye initially had a sneaker deal with Nike. Nike wasn't going to give more royalty money to Kanye on sneaker sales. Adidas threw him a better bone and Kanye signed with Adidas. My opinion: Nike already makes good money with their endorsement contracts with celebrity athletes and doesn't need to collab with Kanye, unless Kanye wants to get into the same situation in the past of no royalties on sales.
