I did the same for a 30 days, after day 4 I felt like a spiritual being full of light walking on clouds. My vision was HD, everything around me was beautiful. I was in another realm

I tried fasting for a few days and it was tough.

After the second day I felt weak af, like I was gonna pass out. Much respect to him for doing it that long though…

Because, if you are not mentally prepared for it, will be a different experience like you have never had…

Try water fasting for 10 days. Speaking from experience it definitely clears your mind but he mad extra with it lol if you work long days and nights the first 36 hours is cake it really be that third/fourth day that have you feeling like pookie
