He has a system that was given to him by the legendary Mike Leach and makes no adjustments to it mid season. Defenses catch up and his offense collapses. He sucks. Cardinals need to ditch him and get someone that will take Kyler to the next level. Dude had Mahomes and couldn't win games in college smh.

Mans got one of the most elusive QBs in the NFL and did not use him as a runner at all in a playoff game. Horrible.

I think his style of college scheme works in the NFL but it needs to be balanced with some heavy running schemes to balance off.

If he would adapt to his players his squads wouldn’t fold as the season progresses the last 9 years. 9. Not 1 as an outlier, not 2. 9 straight seasons.

I’m not saying he has no chance of being good in the future but to me he catches surprisingly little heat for completely collapsing again.

Plus, to people saying Nuk is out and Murray might be playing hurt. There is absolutely ZERO reason for them to be looking as bad as they did against the Rams. If your Kyler Murray led team comes out in the playoffs and puts on that display looking like the NY Giants, that falls on horrible coaching, period.
