i did read the op and nowhere did it say that weeknd was the one fudging the numbers like you claimed, and im asking what have you seen to make that claim.

Common sense says Weeknd is allegedly the more popular artists so if anybody numbers got disqualified if would be his since he was beat out by a less popular artist.
