Been known this since the Ancel Keys controversy where he fudged his data. The sugar and refined carbs is what starting k*lling us, and the food companies have known about this for a loooong time.

Man so I had my annual exam and it was really bad news.

I am at very high risk for heart disease. And the thing that sucks about it is I think it's genetic.

I do a very thorough exam and it has me freaked out. Good to know I guess. But nothing can really help lower my markers that were high since it's genetic.

Gotta ball out until I'm 50 then RIP to me. Jk but not really jk. At least I know to keep an eye on it. But it just sucks to know I'm going to need intervention in the future

You manage what you can, diet and exercise(walking, running if you can, squats, swimming), and modern medicine can a*sist where it can. You will live pass 50.

No fruits and veggies? Spinach? Oranges? You’re missing out on some good stuff.

Saturated fat is good you and your body requires it. They told everybody red meat was bad and that was lie. Of course you can't eat fu*kin big a*s greasy beef patties in the form of cheeseburgers all the time. But lean steak is very good for you. Just eat in moderation. They were wrong about fat, salt, cholesterol and a bunch of other sh*t. Even whole grains. They told everybody to eat whole grains for health. Whole grains are acidic as fu*k to the body and can trigger inflammation and excess mucus production. Same with dairy. It doesn't build strong bones and teeth. It breaks them down. Leafy greens, Vitamin C and silica are what remineralize bones and teeth.

Personally I think we shouldn’t eliminate anything completely and eat all things in moderation. There are health benefits in all foods and they contain nutrients which cannot be replaced without extreme or at least uncomfortable measures. Try to eat a balanced diet, eat vegan or vegetarian a couple meals in the week; drink a smoothie and throw some superfoods in that and we good

Nope. I'm pretty healthy. Work out 6 times per week.

I've had the same testing done in the past , never elevated

I don't want to get into personal details online , but there are things markers like lp(a), hs crp, lipo protein b , that doctors never check for until it's too late . And there is no cure for lowering these values (some) basically you just have to try to keep it in check

Beg your doctors to check these things. Or try to order some online tests. Could save your life.

I listen to Peter Attia a lot and basically everything that's bad to have elevated I have elevated. It's sad but ima try my best to live a good and healthy life

Just got that book that was posted. Let's see. I'll get the full work again next year. See if it makes a difference
