Goals for December 2021

1) Walk 150 miles.
2) Train 31 times.
3) Average 1800 calories w/ 180 grams of protein each day.

Had to stop lifting heavy, elbows n sh*t started hurting and went back to 6x15, switched incline db to pushups 4◊25
Had to knock the jogging from 2 miles to a mile and 1/2, this cold weather makes my legs lock up fast like a mf

I'm in the gym every for 3 hours a day I take no days off I usually walk 3 miles then hit the weights nothing heavy just light sh*t

I’m doing a bit of bulking this month….

Simple 5 exercise routine, one for upper body, the other for lower….light cardio on the elliptical for about 30 minutes to end it. I’ll do core at home every other day.

Diet will be light tho…. Protein shakes every night, maybe two shakes a day when I get to the last two weeks

Overall, hope to see weight loss, if not, some fat loss. 5 pounds is the minimal goal. And naturally, I’ll add a bit of mass with all of that protein. Just hope I don’t break even.

me too. i rebound in november.

was just at 127 this saturday. went 72 hours 2 weeks ago and last week.

fu*ked up. and bought too much food. could not close the deep freezer.

so i had to throw some away. and i end up eating chinese food, and peanut butter milk.

3 cans was 250 calories. i drink all 4 of them.


then took some laxitives.

and then i ate some chips.

now the scale says 138. i am so depress.

spend all november excerises,starving myself. and fasting.

just to gain it all back in 2 days.

i am going to try to go on a 3 day fast.

no food for wenesday,thursday and friday.

next eating window is saturday at 8pm. while watching the college football conference championship.


it sucks been big bone. anything i eat puts weight on me.


but i am going to buy some chicken broth or beef broth. its low calories and like eating soup.

preach. i be scared and almost permently disable. legs be locking up for a total of 5 minutes and 10 minutes.

i litterly have to hit my thights and legs. and bang it on the floor.

littley i have no feeling in my leg where it like it permently disable or no feeling in it.

i be so crying and sad and praying to god for it to unlock.

and then when it do. i be like man i do not want to do this 60 minute cardio. but i could be disable so let me go ahead and put this in.

had 2 binge days while taking laxitives.

3. my breathe begin to start stinking. so i knew i was backed up. and have not ate in 72 hours. plus no system cleanse in 5 weeks.

so i decided to take some laxitives. worked.

but was super duper mega hunery.


ate some chinese food.

then some cheese.

then some chips.

then 4 cans of peanut butter milk each can was 250 calories nad 26g of carbs. i know i had no business drinking that. but i was craving peanute butter milk all year.

then a bowl of ceral within 2 days. rare limited edition cinnamon toast crunch apple pie.

then some more laxtives.

about a gallon of 0 calories flavored juice powder mix.

scale at 138.

well it was so good to finally eat comfort food. i did not feel light headed, like i was going to pass out. and i could think clearly.

and my breahte do not stink.

but fu*k that. i do not like having this extra weight on my thighs.

i got a tiny bit of lose skin on my thigh era.

today it is 58 degrees outside i am going to try to go to the trampoline park and jump on there for 1 hour.

then put a hour of weightlifting in at the gym.

no food except chewing fruity gum, and lolipops, and 0 calories fruit juice powder mix.
