Goals for November 2021

1) Walk 150 miles.
2) Train 30 times.
3) Average 2400 calories w/ 200 grams of protein each day.
4) Lose 10 lbs, get to 225 lbs.

This is my break from weight training, ima focus on cardio 4x a week and my diet...i feel bloated tho i only weight about 7 lbs more than my normal weight

Flexibility, Mobility, Meditation, and a 30 minute walk on a daily basis.

Strength train two times a week.

Eat at about a 500 calorie deficit to lose 1 pound a week.

I jus work n smoke. Ball on sundays, a cold beer after work and red meat only once a week. s*x 5 times a week and 7 hours a sleep every night. Im 33 yrs old 5'11 and 167 lbs.

I just want to maintain what I’ve built up currently on per week
5* gym sessions = weights (45 mins to 1 hour minimal rest and most exercises using supersets). Example weights - Benching 110kg, bicep curl 26kg (per arm).
2* soccer matches (8 aside 60 mins per game) = Cardio
2* swimming sessions per week (30 mins)

Results from October Goals below:

Goals for October:
1. Finish out this 7 week hypertrophy program, go on vacation for 1 week in Mexico (planning to do NO workouts, unless I'm really bored when I'm there), then go into my next program (debating on hypertrophy, powerbuilding or strength).

2. If I end up slightly cutting back to 200 lb (currently at 210 lb), then definitely NOT picking a strength program. Uncertain right now on whether to maintain or to cut.

3. Milestones before 2022:
- Squat: 515 lb
- Deadlift: 605 lb
- Bench: 350 lb (reaching high on this one)
- Overhead Press: 225 lb (another reach on this too)
1. Finished the program before my vacation. Now onto a Powerbuilding program where I'm finished with week 1 today.

2. Maintained at around 207-210 lb. Planning to stick to this through the end of the year.

3. Milestones before 2022:
- Squat: 515 lb. Hit 505 lb last month.
- Deadlift: 605 lb. 585 lb might be it for a while.
- Bench: 350 lb. Same here. Still at 335 lb.
- Overhead Press: 225 lb. Hit 205 lb the other day with another rep left in the tank. So I'm real close to 225 lb.

November Goals:

1. Continue through Powerbuilding Program.

2. Added in a jump day last week in hopes of being able to dunk by the end of the year. Currently can just touch a 10' rim. Working on improving jump technique too.

3. Continue to maintain 207-210 lb. Planning to stick to this through the end of the year.

4. Milestones before 2022:
- Squat: 515 lb.
- Deadlift: 605 lb.
- Bench: 350 lb.
- Overhead Press: 225 lb.

Currently 191cm (6'3), 94.1 kg

Go from 94 to a clean 100
Get a 90 kg OHP, 150 kg bench, 160 kg squat, 220 kg deadlift (from all time maxes of 85/140/150/200)
Work on my wrestling for BJJ, work on opening a nogi bjj dojo in Japan, revisit Daisy Fresh in Illinois.


Currently eating 2800 kcals a day, hope I can work up to a clean 3500

November goals:

Continue eating 2000 to 2500 calories a day. Get stronger and faster. I have no real specific goals like others.

My legs are sore and my ankles fu*king hate me right now. Jogged 26.2 miles yesterday on the treadmill. First time doing a marathon in over a year and very first time doing a marathon on a treadmill.

It's been raining non stop here so I regulated myself to the treadmill. Very proud of my discipline to remain on the treadmill for such a long time but I'm unsure if I'll ever do a marathon by treadmill again. I can't ever recall my ankles aching from jogging or running before.

I do not feel like going to the gym today at all, just want to sleep all day but I'm going to get it done anyway.

Making great progress with my abs. At this rate, I'll be beach body ready by end of December. Visually I need to lose 20lbs of fat to be really shredded. Don't think I'll go that far, that's too long of regulating myself to eat 2000 to 2500 calories a day. I'll just have to be content with what my body looks like at 180lbs to 185lbs.

Looking at Pnoi89 and Eazy253 fitness routines got me itching to change up my lifting routine get into power lifting. These threads have been pretty motivational for me to stick to working out. I grew bored of working out and dieting last year, reached all my goals. Seeing you dudes stick with it day in, day out has helped me regain that burning desire to be the absolute best version of me.
