That's very interesting because Biggie is the one people claim lost relevance.

But I'm not taking either side, just interesting to know that. Seems like I would have noticed that sh*t was on there every week since 94 or whatever. Would have been bugged out to notice it there in 2000.

He really was the GOAT.
When Nas, Jay, Wu and anybody else you can think of was in their prime...BIG was clearly #1.
Summer of 95 will never be duplicated.
Weezy and 50 came close though.

BIG was so far ahead of everybody else.
The only rapper that competed with BIG that summer was Rae.
That incarcerated scarfaces came out and it was like a nuke dropped in the city.
Then BIG came with Who Shot Ya and the rest is history.

Life After death was HARD!
Disk 1 was CRAZY

He had 3 classic storytelling songs on disk 1 (Somebody Gotta Die, n*ggas Bleed and I Got a Story To Tell)
He had 2 classic party anthems on disk 1 (Hypnotize and Mo Money Mo Problems)
He had the classic diss record (Kick in the Door)
The joint he had with the LOX and the joint he got with Jay Z were all on disk 1.

What made LAD crazy was if I remember correctly, BIG died on March 9th and Puff released LAD like only a couple week later or some sh*t.
