here I am, working and paying taxes and here these n*ggas is, not even in the booth trying. barely even forming coherent human language at times.
this the ultimate hustle.

I just need the support,
Boxden - y'all gone support me?

i cannot stand posts like this.. no offense op but yall trip me out with these type of posts.. yall act like this is the first time someone came out sounding ridiculous

OP how do u think chief keef sounded 9 years ago?

do u think he sounded intelligent and skilled?

making songs talking about "i can't spell sober"

and not enunciating his words

my point is that if u accepted chief keef u should be done with this whole "rappers sound dumb" thing because chief keef sounded like he hopped straight off the short bus

but in the end he won, his music is actually good, he kinda created or at least greatly contributed to a style which they called mumble rap.. i wouldn't personally call it mumble rap, because imo the sound is a side effect of drinking lean.. so imo its more like lean rap but that's semantics i guess

but if u listen to the lyrics in the video u posted, the guy admits to drinking lean

lean use makes people sound tired, sleepy, unintelligent, etc.. but that doesn't mean that's what the person is, it really just means they're a functioning addict

so why are we having this conversation so long after this style has been out?

we know what it is, we have already accepted it, so why are we acting surprised to see more of this?

at what point are u guys going to realize the stuff we looked down on is what the new generation looked up to?

and i say this as someone born in the 80s who thought chief keef was garbage.. but eventually i heard macaroni time and i changed my mind, i now think the style is kinda lit

anyway thats just my opinion.. i accept what these rappers have going on.. and ur right if its so easy why don't u do it?

give them their props... just because they do it diff from how u would do it doesn't make them wack

and if ur talking about the visual then what i'm saying is still valid, because we already saw trinidad james ridiculous visual, danny brown lookin like a straight up crackhead.. kodak black been out at least 5 years looking bonkers.. lil wayne has tats all over his face and hasn't worn a normal outfit for like a decade

ok so why are we acting like this stuff is new ?

again no offense op but none of this is new

In reality it really is that easy now of days. If you talented and love music there is no reason for you not to be doing your craft.

But do you blame these dudes? A lot of these rappers do like to rap they just suck. But it's so easy to get out there with social media now more dudes saying why not me.

I would never listen to this type of music. But the tall kid obviously has an ear for catchy melodies. He at least has some talent. Rapping wise he's garbage of course
