Broccoli too. Cheap as fu*k and very effective. People sleep on potatoes too. A starchy, complex carb loaded with hydrating potassium. Your gut flora loves them too. And sweet potatoes are a powerhouse for healing inflammation because of the beta carotene content. Raw carrots also help you expel parasites.

Water, tho not a food, should be number 1

Basically anything with a lot of fiber, because fiber stays in the stomach longer, therefore making you not ready to run to the kitchen.

Roast them in the oven with a little garlic and some sea salt. Or eat them raw with humus. Whatever you do, don't overcook or boil veggies. I only boil veggies if I'm cooking soup or going to use/drink the broth.

When you say easy to put on muscle, what do you mean? It takes a lot of dedication to put on a pound of muscle.

But almost nothing gain fat.

Eating pizza, burgers, fries, ice cream etc will put fat on u in a matter of weeks

Eating right, getting good rest and working out will take months to see visible results.

Your body will peak with muscles….. there’s no limit with fat gain. Folks be all the 800 pounds….

That’s why I asked how’s you determine it’s easy to gain muscle. It’s tough to gain muscle, or else everyone would do it

What I mean is it’s easy to dirty bulk and lift to get strong, but most people have bad diets so even if they gain muscle they have a lot of fat with it. Think of linemen

The crunchier the veggie, the better because it’s in its natural state and holding on to all the nutrients

When u cook them, you take away nutrients.

That’s why I try to eat all my veggies raw.
