What up BX! I eat lots of sandwiches because I pack a lunch most days of the week and a sandwich is what I prefer. What are some of your favorite cold cuts/lunch meat? I’m always looking for something new and there’s a lot out there. This week I’m eating Boars Head London broil roast beef which is definitely one of my favorites. I highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it. So again what are your favs? Put me on

Aight plair I use to run a pizza/sandwich station at a hospital
Garlic Herb Mayo - roast some garlic cloves (3 since it’s a small batch) along with half of a shallot. 350 10 min
Fresh - Thyme, basil , parsley and tarragon
2 cups of Mayo ( your choice)
After roastin your veggies add that to a mixer and just pulse till combined
Season with kosher salt to taste and sh*t is dumb fire

Honey Sriracha Mayo- take one cup of Honey 3/4 cup of Sriracha and 1 1/2 cup of Mayo simmer Sriracha and honey and I mean just simmer bc the honey will start to crystalize if you boil and once simmering cut the the heat off and add your Mayo whisking vigorously till emulsified chop some parsley real fine and fold in with a rubber spatula and add kosher salt and pepper to taste

mannnn i love all sorts of cold cuts fr. since a kid.

my favorite is probably soppressata, it's really just kind of a fancier salami.

prosciutto - had a duck prosciutto before, sh*t was fire.
bresaola
boars head does a jerk turkey cold cut thats on point

i might need a deli sandwich later

I literally just got blessed with that Board Head London Broil Rare roast beef...with some sharp provolone and some spicy mustard on a seeded roll...sh*t was crack
