Rad Power EBikes

Seeing if anyone got one. Also seeing if anyone got a referral lank.. $50 off for me, $50 off for an accessory or whatever for you. We both win. image :triplehcashmoney:

Looking at the RadRover 6 to use as a daily commuter and then have some fun on some trails every now and then. Some people have said fat tire bikes might be a bit much to deal with for a commuter bike. But Iím looking for opinions from people I trust.

My commute would be about 9.5 miles.. mostly on a bike path. Iím not trying to be all serious cyclist with spandex and allat. Just want to keep miles off the whip, get a lil exercise in, and have some fun doing it. Looks like a good option, but I ainít been on a bike in a loooooooong a*s time.

Damn sorry to hear that. A friend of mine just had his vanish while picking up some food. Parked it between some motorcycles, came back to just some motorcycles.

I looked into these rad ones but I didn’t like the gauges and they seemed like just 4 light that tell you battery.. I have bought 4 of these electric ones link below
They last about 20 miles without peddling while going 19-21 miles a hr, I weight 210 so that factors in a bit but if you do a pedal a*sist it will go much further

These are the future tho man, no need for a registration since it does have any emission!

I also liked that these one folds up and collapse, for me putting in the back of pick up truck, and the gauge face is much more intuitive!!

In a major city with alot traffic, yea these things would be great for commuting like (NYC, LA, etc)

Wouldn't even need to drive your vehicle, if hardly at all.

As an avid e-bike rider, I would get a Rad Power bike, but there are no stores/dealerships in Toronto in case I need to get specific parts or if there are defects. Currently riding an Emmo brand E-bike, it’s pretty much reached it’s threshold for wear and tear on top of the lithium battery being completely drained. For next riding season starting in May, I’d have to go with a Daymak Bike. Those have 2 year warranties, and the parts/repairs aren’t out of my way as there is a Toronto dealership.

The Daymak brand also is in the midst of designing electric cars:

I just switched to a new job in town after 8 years at my old one. It isn't too far maybe about 6-7 miles so thanks for making this thread OP, I am definitely looking into this as an option.

Yea same - just went from a 45+ minute commute to, to a new job 9 miles away with a pretty cool bike trail along a river. Drops me off damn near at work.

Iím probably ordering by tomorrow. So if you end up wanting a rad power one, Iíll hit you with the referral link.

Pulled the trigger on the RadRover 6 Plus. Found a code on reddit. $50 off - went thru Rakuten for 5% cash back. Used the costco card for 1% cash back.

If anyone decides on a Rad Power Bike, hit me up for the referral for $50 off Bless ya fam with a pizza rack.

Gonna take a fu*king month to ship. If I would have ordered 2 days ago, Sept 30th was the ship date.

I'm looking to get something like this as well. Any recommended sites for deals and honest reviews? I, too am looking for something to get around town in and maybe a few trails.

This my baby named her midnite. 350w. 15ah 48v jawn. This really goes 4 a fat tire in nyc streetz. My job only a 6 min ride. I got side jobs too so mta not a option. Train wud take 2 hours commute for me 1hr 10 mins max. Smooth ride had it 4 90 days so far 1 flat. Those chi yao yang (tires) the best better than kenda. Plz ppl realize revvin on throttle k*lls ya battery u shud be at least 3rd or 4th mode riding not gear talk. Now riding on a full battery do not ride on highest mode. U will k*ll ya battery ova time cuz ya draining it on high. U can hear the motor riding as so thats alot of stress which k*lls ya speed and battery ova time. Ride on the middle mode 3 for me on a full battery ppl
