This interview kind of solidified my thoughts that Ag although talented is a hater and bitter he never blew.

If everything was “your wave” why it never worked for you?

Dude needs to stop acting like he is some legend.

Even when he was 8Off he wasn’t really nothing special.
He got more talented the older he got. I rock with his music but he just sound sad like @skillahmang said it comes off as him begging for recognition and mad. Talented dude too bad he’s only known for sh*t like this now a days.

Him having produced (and ghost produced) for a lotta luminaries in the game I won't say he's not a legend, but pretty much. He still gets props from the legends but I think he woulda gone a lot farther if he just let the work speak for itself.

I got some stories about dude..LOLOL. No question he is a MAJOR hater

I used to fu*k with this guy, he gave me a bunch of unreleased tracks. HAd a falling out so I said fu*k him and put out a mixtape called fu*k A PURPLE CHAIN because he had just gotten his Purple City Chain snatched. I actually leaked it on here when we had the jukebox. Dude sent me a fake cease and desist letter. sh*t had crazy misspellings. He ended up taking my mixtape and claiming it as his own. He made it an official part of his "discography" ..Now its on Dat Piff with "DJ CHROME & MOE STICKY/DJ SKOOB DOO" as the creators...Bull sh*t that was Big Vandal on my Compaq Presario back in like 05/06 LOLOL

Then I made a diss Track called Crookie Monster k*ller. He hit me up talking about he was chilling with Chris Brown and they listened to my track and he was crazy offended and wanted to see me about it...LMAO!!! YEah ok Bruhhh

In his defense he has been around for a long time. He used to produce for Onyx and was down with EPMD back in the day. He had a few tracks that made noise like "Ghetto Girl" and "Crookie Monster." He was also part of Lyricist lounge and recorded in D&D Studio so you know hes been around for a min. He does have some respect in the older hip hop crowd...Ill give him that much.

Still got stories tho LOLOL

Y'all overuse the word legend on here.

an extremely famous or notorious person, especially in a particular field.

He's neither of those.

adjective: notorious

famous or well known, typically for some bad quality or deed.

If notorious is part of the definition of "legend".... isn't he well-known for being a hater (bad quality or deed), according to you guys???

Being known plays a large part in being a legend. Never heard of this dude until this thread.

you've heard songs he produced and possibly ghostproduced if you listened to Purple City and Byrd Gang...

If you played GTA 3, you heard him...

most n*ggas around in the 90s, who was able to listen to music on their own, without being daytime radio influenced, know very well, who he is...

no one is saying or said, he was some chart-topping super-producer, but he is known in the industry and perhaps his behaviors and rants, strayed a lot of n*ggas from working with him.

His contributions are cemented just as well as some of the overglorified one-hit wonder Drill rappers always being posted here for that 1 song and their antics...

Doesn't mean anything. Skooly and Yung La birth these new rappers, are they legends?

This would have been like if The Lox started playing Jae Hood tracks. Jada’s commentary k*lled Jim again when he asked “is that new?”

Straight ether. A non-descript 2004 track that only Dipset fans knew.
