Me too.

It ain't nothing like having a physical copy in the stash just in case they snatch a album off streaming.

Funny enough, I just bought a new copy of Foxy Brown's Broken Silence album

I only buy CD’s if it’s special or I’m at a thrift store and they got it for the low.

Last CD full price I remember purchasing was ATCQ last album direct from the site.

I was a later adopter to going completely digital with purchases but it’s just way easier. But I can say not having physicals you don’t get as excited to get an album like you used to. From ripping off the plastic to reading the credits it’s an experience. You don’t get that with digital.

I slept on Spotify and just randomly used it till the last year or so.

And I have been upped on so many artists with their personalized playlists. Not as much for Hip Hop but still even with that I hear sh*t I’m not up on.

Spotify is lit. I still keep my Apple Music but Spotify and the way they throw artists you may like your way depending on listening preferences is dope.

Cosign this. I mainly collect mixtapes from the 90s and early 00's for Hip-hop & Rnb and Dancehall Reggae. I really enjoy the hobby.

Yeah I have come up on some gems but I’m really not trying to pay over $5 usually. The 3 for $10 spots are the power move.

Everytime I bought the "All eyes in me" LP a disc came up missing. Disc 1 to be exact.

One time the local family dollar store was a having a clearance sale and had a section with 2 shelves full of CD's. I spent like 45 mins going through all of em and found WTT and a Jimi Hendrix Live album. The fu*king WTT LP was censored and not the deluxe edition The Hendrix disc ended up being pretty dope though cause he was dope as fu*k live too.

Yeah, I like a good fresh CD to unwrap, so I can look at the credits, while listening to the whole album drinking a beer. I last purchased MC Eihts Lessons CD through his Instagram account. I miss going shopping at Best Buy, and looking at the smorgasbord of fresh CDs to purchase!!!
