Props to the homie. He retained and gained alot of muscle too. Thats how you can tell he dieted the right way!!! Some people go on these fad/crash diets and workout plans. They get happy because they see the scale going down and their clothes are looser. But they dont realize they're losing alot of muscle mass too. They get smaller in size but sloppier in tone at the same time because they burn up all that muscle. Thats another reason people need to control cortisol levels!! Too much of it causes muscle wasting.

I’m 6’0 220lbs I need to get to 190lb and tone up more. I’ll check dudes video on the strength of how short of time he did all that work. Some people lose weight but he actually got in shape as well.

People look sloppy after losing weight because they never had muscle to begin with

I went from 238 last december to 186 in may eating the caloric equivalent of 1 meal a day . I’d be a pretty mf if I was more consistent exercising

Nah. Ive seen it waay too many times. I know people who were fat with a good amount of muscle. Gorilla built. Dudes built like football players. You could tell they had a good base. Went on crash diets and lost a lot of muscle with fat and it was obvious. They got sloppy because alot of their muscle wasted away from crash dieting. And they had to go right back and put muscle mass back on to fill out some. Football, security guard built type cats.

It's scientifically impossible to be obese and burn muscle, you're talking about muscle glycogen being depleted from the diet

That's why bodybuilders don't do salt and carbs before competition to lose the glycogen in their muscles to look dry

Got you by 20 lbs. Biggest I ever been. My diet is garbage. All I do is work, eat, drink brew, sleep repeat. I used to be a big fly n*gga. Now I'm a out of shape n*gga trying to get by w/a good looking face & a bad body.

Not true, if you are keto and you don't maintain your protein macros correctly while continuing to lift...you will lose muscle and fat

Life and you being sick of tired of yourself will push you to great lengths. I know when I dropped to 12% body fat , it deadass was because I let so much of the fu*kery from life build up and I had enough. At times my motivation and discipline is up and down but the main point is, I will never stop improving.

Have you ever done DEXA readings? INBody? I have certainly lost muscle during spans of keto while still losing body fat.
